Our Junior room provides an environment that is welcoming, relaxed, engaging and fun. This is an age of wonder and delight. It is a time when young children really start to become more independent and self-confident. They begin to learn how to take care of themselves, and develop longer attention spans. They delight in achievement and begin to solve problems and recognise numbers and letters. As relationships are developed with other children, their social and emotional skills also begin to blossom.

At our centre, we facilitate self-exploration by encouraging our juniors to use their senses and motor skills. Children of this age are highly curious about unfamiliar objects, events and phenomena. They can solve simple problems with the “trial and error” method and will practice an activity many times to master it. Children this age also pretend more during play, using familiar objects and situations to process their daily experiences.
